When you request an audit or contact us, we collect your name, email address, website address, and any message you choose to provide. We ask for this information to respond to your request and assess whether we can provide the service you requested.
This website does not use cookies or behavioural analytics or advertising tools.
How we use data
We use your data to respond to enquiries, communicate about a requested audit, protect our service from spam, and meet applicable legal obligations. Our basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in protecting the service from spam and misuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data retention
We do not retain personal data submitted through our contact form beyond the time necessary to respond to your enquiry. Once your enquiry has been resolved, we delete this data within 30 days.
Processors
Enquiries sent through our form are processed by Formspree, which acts as a processor for form delivery. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
Formspree may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your data. To exercise these rights, email hello@verisaudit.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant data-protection authority.
